Chris White is Pillar Property’s director and founder. He is a respected industry professional and has 25 years’ experience in Property, Financial Advising and Finance. Chris draws on his broad experience to help his clients save money and time and manage risk with their property transactions.

After working as a financial adviser, Chris’ passion for property led him to establish his own property advisory and buyer’s agency in 2005. Chris’s has qualifications in Financial Advising & Mortgage Broking and holds personal and corporate real-estate licences in NSW and Queensland.

Chris has advised clients specifically on their real-estate investments since 2005 and his depth of experience is rare among Property Buyers Agents. Whether buying, selling, renovating or leasing your property, Chris can advise on all of these aspects.

Chris takes an active hands-on approach with each Pillar Property client to ensure every client receives a superior level of advice and support.

Darren Malkins

Buyer’s Agent

Darren has wide ranging experience in the property industry acquired over 15 years and holds a degree in Property Economics majoring in property valuation. He is a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland with accreditation from the two peak bodies being the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland and the Australian Property Institute.

Darren is passionate about helping his clients secure the right property for their need and with his in depth understanding of the fundamentals of property from a micro to macro perspective, he is able add tremendous value to each client.

Being a long term Brisbane resident means that Darren is able impart local knowledge combined with a high level analytical approach to locating the correct property to match your requirements.

Rebecca has a passion for property and has a steadfast dedication to her clients. Rebecca is an experienced buyer’s agent and has a youthful energy, which provides her with a competitive edge in helping her clients. Rachael has worked in the real-estate industry since 2009.

Rachael has managed large portfolios for the major real-estate brands and is a passionate property manager with a strong work ethic and is always happy to assist each landlord and every tenant. Rachael always remains calm and in control and is someone you need in your corner if a challenging situation arises.

Openly communicating with tenants and landlords on a day to day basis, Rachael consistently delivers her best to ensure her clients receive service that is second to none.

Diane started her real-estate career with Pillar Property after many years in retail as well as spending some time working on Manus Island with detainees. People immediately warm to Diane as she is a people person and she excels at building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants and our contractors. Mark is a successful property investor in his own right and has over 35 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Mark coordinates renovations and projects for those Pillar Property clients that choose to either improve their home or add value to their investment property.
