We have assisted our clients purchase multiple properties throughout NSW and QLD, with the main strategy being renovation and development. In this occasion we sourced a property that was already located on two titles which made the formal subdivision a lot cheaper and quicker. We co-ordinated renovation of the house and also the new project home to the rear of the block. This strategy resulted in over $100,000of equity being created as well as a rental yield of over 6%.
