How To Pay Your Rent

Paying rent is easy. Once your tenancy has been approved and we are ready for you to sign the lease we will set up your direct debit authority with Westpac’s Payway. This is a secure direct debit system and costs you nothing.
You can also pay your rent direct to our bank account if you wish.

Reporting Maintenance

Upon commencing your tenancy with us we will assist you download our maintenance app to your phone. Maintenance issues can then be easily and quickly reported to us via the app, including the option of providing photos of the issue.

Once reported to us, we action repairs efficiently and urgent matters within 24 hours.

Pillar Property engages tradesmen with appropriate licenses and insurance. You will be notified prior to a tradesmen coming out to your property and provided their name and phone number.
