After helping our clients purchase an investment property in Bondi, they wanted the next purchase to a positive cash flow property that also had some development upside. After a couple months of searching we secured the ideal property that was on a 1500qm block of land with the house located in the middle of the block. We co-ordinated renovation of the house and also assisted the clients build a granny flat on the back of the property which dramaticallyincreased the rent.

The property still has further development upside as the front of the block can be subdivided and sold or they can build another house which will boost their income and equity even further.
